Scott's specialty over the past 20 years has been advising investors, tenants and developers. He has been involved in a complex array of lease, sale and ground-up development transactions. With a regional and Indiana focus Scott has leveraged an unmatched rolodex of resources and transaction experience exceeding $500 million. As an IBJ “40 Under 40” award winner and a CCIM designee, Scott has been acknowledged for his accomplishments and CRE knowledge—all put to work with the development of the Reliant HQ Building.
Tom had spent the past 18 years focusing on unique and strategic ways of marketing CRE assignments, while reaching out towards prospective opportunities. With a broad experience in multiple sectors, Tom offers a unique problem solving approach to many of the current challenges in today’s CRE marketplace. Further emphasis on property and construction management has positioned Tom and his team to actively pursue more focused development opportunities as displayed in our AIA awarded Reliant HQ’s.
Ron Foster, CCIM
During his 30-year career Ron has earned the reputation of being one of the premier tenant representatives and leasing and investment sales specialists in Indiana, completing more than $850 million in transactions. Ron has been a featured speaker multiple times at one of Indiana’s largest real estate conferences, has garnered awards for the largest single office building investment sale, twice has had the largest Indianapolis office lease transaction, been recognized in Midwest Real Estate News as a Mega Deal award winner and has received the CoStar Power Broker Award.

Melissa brings decades of management experience to her position as Property Manager and Development Coordinator at Reliant Partners. Her years spent coordinating with international and domestic suppliers, as well as her background in human resources and customer engagement, make her an invaluable resource in the commercial real estate industry. When not focused on building and tenant needs, Melissa can be found spoiling her six grandchildren.
